In a shocking announcement, The City of River Heights has come out to say that they are unable to provide adequate services to the citizens anymore through the fire department. The City is pleading with the other municipalities in the Alliance to assist them with coverage. However, many of the other cities feel that the mutual aid agreements have been too one-sided and that River Heights has become too dependent on mutual aid received.
